Truma brings installation service and workshop to Hershey’s salon – RVBusiness

ELKHART, Ind. – Truma is heading east to Hershey, Pa. for America’s largest RV show with news for aftermarket customers, according to a company press release. The Truma Aventa, previously only available to RV manufacturers, is now available for purchase on the aftermarket. RV owners wishing to replace their existing ductless rooftop air conditioner with the Truma Aventa will now have that opportunity.

“The number one question we’ve received since the Aventa arrived in the US has been, ‘When can I buy this for my motorhome?’ There is demand from end users for a quieter, more efficient air conditioner, and we are very pleased to begin offering this upgrade option,” said Mark Howlett, Chief Operating Officer.

Truma is offering the installation service free of charge through Truma service technicians until the end of March. RV owners will need to complete a survey with details of their coach, including photographs and measurements, which Truma staff will review to determine if their RV is compatible with the Truma Aventa.

Truma is currently scheduling installation appointments at selected Truma Service Points and plans to expand this service offering in 2023. To receive your application and installation coupon, go to https://go.truma .net/truma-aventa/installation.

Truma will also lead four workshops for Truma AquaGo owners at the Hershey show. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of their Truma AquaGo instantaneous water heater from our customer service specialist, Chantal Hershberger. Sessions will take place from Wednesday, September 14 through Saturday, September 17 at 1 p.m. in the press room on the ice level of the Giant Center.
