How a professional landscape photographer creates an image from capture to edit
Landscape photography is a difficult genre that combines a lot of techniques, creative ideas, and more to make an image come to life, but it is quite rewarding when you see the finished photo. This awesome video tutorial will show you how a professional landscape photographer takes an image, from choosing the right focal length to editing.
Coming to you from IQ Landscape Photography with Tom Mackie, this awesome video tutorial will show you how he takes a landscape photo from start to finish. One thing I’ve always loved about landscape photography is how many distinct images you can get from a single scene, depending on the time of day, weather, season, etc. If you’re new to the genre, don’t be afraid to experiment with different focal lengths. We almost all tend to use wide angle lenses by default for landscape work, and while they can certainly produce fantastic results, a telephoto lens can be a great way to explore your creativity. Watch the video above for the full recap of Mackie.
