There is an art and a science to holding powerful meetings where people think together and engage in aligned action. In this introductory session, we’ll explore how you can create the conditions for authentic dialogue that taps into collective wisdom, drives positive change, and empowers people to present themselves in their best light.Participating in this preview allows you to begin to understand how:

  • Co-create change by listening to each and the wisdom of the whole room
  • Make the dialogue authentic by accepting to present yourself as who you really are rather than wearing a “corporate mask”
